Q. If I have to wait for my car to arrive, will I be billed for my waiting time?
A. Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals).

  • Sedans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights. 
  • SUVs - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and international flights. 
  • Vans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and international flights.

Q. How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?
A. Your driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

Luxury Sedans are Cadillac, Lincoln Town car sedans which are available in dark and light colors.

SUVs - can accommodate up 6 or 7 passengers and up to 7 medium size luggage pieces.

Passenger Vans - for all airport pickups these vehicles can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus their luggage. For sightseeing or other than airport transit, the vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers.

Q. What is your credit card processing procedure?
A. At the time of the actual reservation we only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability. It will show as "Pending funds" on your credit card account statement. The final charge will occur after the services provided by our company are complete (most sales will show on the same day).

Q. What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation, "No Show"?
A. All No Shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must: Call us within 8 hours. So that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other or email us within 8 hours in the event your plans or flight have been changed. If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requirements?

Airport services can be changed or cancelled within up to 8 hours.

  • Email your cancellation at least 24 hours before service 
  • Fax your cancellation at least 8 hours before service 
  • Phone your cancellation 8 hours 
  • 24 hours cancellation for charter

Q. Do you have a Guarantee of Service?
A. After you have received your "Confirmation Ticket" with a Trip Number, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 8 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

Q. Where can I find your hourly rates?
A. These hourly minimum booking times stipulate that the reservation must be for at least 2 hours, which can include the garage time. Please call us for a further explanation of these policies.

Q. Do you have a Lost and Found department?
A. Yes, we do. Please, understand that we not responsible for any articles that are lost or left in the limousines, but we certainly do our best to help you locate any lost items.

Q. Are there any days you are closed?
A. Our customer is very important to all of us. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Q. Will your driver help me with my luggage?
A. Yes. Our chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and other items.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. At Phoenix Arizona Limo, we respect your right to privacy and handle your personal information with care. We will use your information only to confirm your reservation. We will never share or sell your information to anyone.

Q. Do you have child seats available?
A. Yes. You can rent a child seat from us. ($20)

Q. Do you have handicap accessible vans?
A. Yes, we do. You have to call for reservation 48 hours advance. You can rent a wheelchair from us. ($30)
